Make sure to get a suite with a separate bedroom for the kids to sleep in as well as the best water pressure, thank you!

Lovely and central. Staff very pleasant and very helpful. I am very fussy with cleanliness and found this hotel lovely. We had a nice room with a nice view. The restaurant is great also.
It needs flat screen tv's, which I was told are on the way - that's the only thing I could think of.

Fairly clean and perfect hotel with MAGNIFICENT view of the sea. Marvellous and easy location in the great area, very close to Close to the main centre of new Plymouth, local bars and restaurants and another resturant which was more realistically priced. Besides, very convenient to a contemporary art museum.

Pleasant and very helpful staff - in both recepotion, room maids and restaurant. Menu quite good and wine list OK
Limited hours on restaurant - no luncheon service available. We were quoted $285 and this was logged to our credit card for the two nights but we were charged $145 per night. Only a small difference - but an overcharge nevertheless.

The breakfast was excellent with muffins and good alternatives to choose from. It had central location close to a red - fibreglass kinetic sculpture. Further there were a movie theater and an art gallery walking distance to the hotel.

There over the weekend and it was a bit noisy. It was hot and I had to close the windows and live with the fan because the air conditioning was not working
